Westfield's ticketless entry Smart Parking service allowed shoppers to save time and money when they parked at participating centres.
I was the lead UI/UX designer for the product, overseeing and executing design for the parking-related portions of the consumer website, iOS and mobile apps, and the corresponding admin experience.

I designed the customer-facing app for android and iOS, website for desktop and mobile, and Concierge Console admin portal as a cohesive suite that would function as a single seamless user experience. I worked with the product team at Westfield Labs as well as the stakeholders of each of the participating centers to incorporate features such as barcode validation scanning, license plate recognition, and a robust admin portal that would mitigate errors and aid in customer support. I explored ways to improve new user acquisition and retention of existing users by streamlining the signup process, and designing an appealing value proposition as a first impression of the product.

Process sketches
As the lead designer of a collaborative team, we held regular meetings to brainstorm new feature requests and devise effective strategies for each one. My role often involved kickstarting these discussions by presenting initial sketches with proposed solutions.
